Job summary

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Middlesex County in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking caring individuals to join our team. The position offers weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm) with hourly pay of $18.25–$19.25.

You will assist with daily living skills, administer medications, support medical appointments and community activities, and ensure a safe, home-like environment while maintaining required documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years related work or life experience
• Valid NJ Driver's License with good driving record
• Must be 21+ years old
• Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check
