You will create a healthy home setting, teach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and advocate for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support in home settings.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and health/wellness advocacy for people supported.
