Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism in Tempe is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered.

A Master’s Degree is required for this role, with a Bachelor’s degree also acceptable for some positions. You’ll join a supportive team, earn guaranteed full-time hours, and advance with raises every six months.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
