Job summary

Rise Inc in Tooele, UT is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living tasks, hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and behavioral supports across residential homes, day programs, and community settings.

This part-time role offers an on-site, hands-on human services environment with flexible schedules and paid training, aiming to create meaningful opportunities for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the job.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Approved Background Clearance Application annually.
• Specific language abilities may be required other than English.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people.
• Access to a telephone.
• Must meet minimum training requirements and renewals.
• 21+ if required to drive an approved RISE vehicle and maintain a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility and behavioral supports.
• Support individuals in residential homes, day programs and community settings.
• Work across various capacities and settings as openings arise.
