Job summary

Service Alternatives, Oak Harbor, WA, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You will support individuals in developing essential life skills and maintaining independence in their own homes.

No experience is required as training will be provided, and the program locations include Oak Harbor and Coupeville. The starting wage is $21.45–$22.45 per hour, with scheduling across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Be at least 18 or older

Locations: Oak Harbor/Coupeville

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Be at least 18 or older

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currentlyhave or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current NAR (1st year paid by SA)
• Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
