Service Alternatives in Oak Harbor, WA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You will support individuals in developing essential life skills and help them maintain independence at home.

This full-time role offers on-site shifts with training provided; starting wage $21.45–$22.45 per hour. No experience required; we will provide all the training you need.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clear.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid license (within 30 days of hire, paid by SA).
• Valid driver license, car and car insurance.

Responsibilities

Starting Wage: $21.45-22.45

Locations: Oak Harbor/Coupeville

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Be at least 18 or older

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currentlyhave or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current NAR (1st year paid by SA)
• Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
