Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Palmdale, CA is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support kids and teens with developmental disabilities. The role starts part-time with 15–20 hours per week and a pay range of $19–$21.50 per hour, with a pathway to full-time based on center needs and availability.

You’ll receive paid training, mileage and phone reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Schedule options include evenings and weekends.
