Job summary

Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

Casual/Per Diem hours are available, with an hourly rate of $19.71.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting and teaching daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness of the people we support.
• Promote inclusion and help individuals fully participate in their communities.
