Position Type

Full-time positions currently available.

The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3 day work week, or an average of 152 days off a year with just a 4 day work week. Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any weekend hours.

Position Summary

As a Direct Support Professional III (DSP III) – Awake Night Staff, you will start your evening assisting clients with their evening routines. Overnight, you will sleep unless clients require support. In the morning, you will help clients with their morning routines before leaving for the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with evening routines and prepare them for overnight rest.
• Remain awake and available overnight to provide support as needed.
• Support clients with morning routines before the end of your shift.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care to children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as an approved driver.
• Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available).
• Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (as shown on the Declarations page of your policy).
• Previous experience in HCBS Behavioral Health settings preferred.
• Additional education such as AA or BS/BA degrees, or certifications like CMA/CNA, are a plus.
