Seven Hills Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight to empower individuals toward independence in a residential setting in Martha's Vineyard. The role includes medication assistance, life-skill coaching, ISP implementation, and community involvement.

Main location is Massachusetts, with shift Saturdays 8:00pm–9:00am. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; MV programs add $4/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET) is required.
• Active US driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide daily living support and personal care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in residential settings.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to promote independence.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
• Support community activities and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and monitor well-being.
• Maintain documentation to track progress and outcomes.
• Train and mentor staff, and assist with budgeting and funds.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and strong family relationships.

Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
