Seven Hills Foundation is hiring a Direct Support Professional II in Massachusetts. This role empowers individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities through daily care, life-skills coaching, and community engagement.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. Full-time staff enjoy health insurance, retirement matching, student loan assistance, tuition support, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver’s license issued from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities

Direct Support Professional II

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details); $17.50/asleep hours

Schedule: Sunday 9a-9p, Tuesday 3p-11p, Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 3p-11p; Mandatory staff meeting the last Wednesday of every month from 9a-11a

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
