Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live independent lives in their communities. The role focuses on daily care, personal support, and implementing ISP/behavior plans in residential settings.

Starting pay is $20.50 per awake hour with location-based differentials; $17.50 per asleep hour. Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement matching, student loan assistance, tuition support, and paid time off.

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect

Job description

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

Schedule

Sunday 3-11, Monday 3-11, Friday 3-11, Saturday 3-11 and every second Tuesday mandatory staff meeting 12-2p.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
