Seven Hills Pediatric Center, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, seeks a Direct Support Professional I to provide essential care and support daily living for children and adolescents. You will implement individualized treatment plans and assist with activities of daily living to help individuals thrive.

MAP-certified or willing to obtain MAP certification, along with CPR/First Aid readiness, will enable you to support health, independence, and community engagement in homes, schools, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• MAP-certified or willingness to obtain MAP certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support per individualized Treatment Plans.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and nutrition.
• Administer medications as prescribed (MAP-certified).
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and support health.
• Encourage social, communication, and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate data collection and progress documentation.
• Support relationships with family, friends, and community.
• Participate in staff meetings and teamwork.
• Follow agency policies, safety protocols, and crisis procedures.

• Provide direct care and support in accordance with individualized Treatment Plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, and medication administration (MAP-certified).
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and support their health and well-being.
• Encourage social, communication, and community engagement skills.
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
• Support individuals in building and maintaining relationships with family, friends, and the community.
• Participate in staff meetings and team communication to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with household and community activities, including shopping and errands.
• Maintain certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and MAP as required.
• Follow all agency policies and procedures, including safety, crisis response, and ethical standards.
