Job summary

Volunteers of America Minnesota and Wisconsin seeks a Direct Support Professional in St. Paul, MN to provide person-centered supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, on-site.

No experience is required; training is provided and paid. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package for 30+ hours weekly.

• Cooking, cleaning, and household chores
• Financial and behavior management
• Medical appointments, health and medication management
• Transportation and involvement with shopping and community activities
