Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure independence for the people you support by assisting in day to day tasks.
• Assist with Personal Care and Hygiene tasks which may include showering, bathing, continence care, g-tube assistance or similar tasks.
• Support community integration and development of social skills through recreational activities.
• Monitor medication and accompany the people you support to medical appointments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and third‑party agencies.
• Participate in team meetings and training as well as agency‑wide training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
• Openness to learn new tasks including assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• CA Driver's License plus 2 years driving experience (Required).
• Registered Vehicle with valid insurance (Required).
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work either Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday.
• Hours: 2‑10 p.m. PST weekdays; 8‑4 p.m. PST weekends.
