St. Louis Arc is seeking Direct Support Professional Floaters to cover three or more group homes in the St. Louis area.
You will empower participants by assisting with daily living skills and supporting their independence in a compassionate team setting. As a DSP Floater you will provide safety oversight, transport participants to activities, and maintain documentation while collaborating with nursing staff to implement plans.

Direct Support Professional Floaters (DSP Floaters) work across three or more group homes, providing coverage where it's needed most. Schedules vary each week based on staffing needs. DSP Floaters earn $24/hour.
