Pay: Starting at $16.29 (DOE)

Schedule: Hours available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday - evening and weekend hours may also be available depending on program needs

The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for candidates with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences to join our team as full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP).

Responsibilities of this position will include:

1. Providing guidance to and actively engaging with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities in a variety of vocational and social settings
2. Accompanying individuals to off-site activities
3. Assisting individuals with personal care responsibilities and administering medications based on individual needs
4. Supervising crews on and off-site performing a number of different vocational services
5. Maintaining flexibility and composure in an ever-changing work environment
6. Completing the competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Service, Developmental Disabilities Division.

Other duties not listed above may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
