Job summary

Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals in achieving independence and community integration. You will support daily living activities, mobility, health management, and community participation with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

You will monitor safety, assist with appointments, and help develop skills for problem-solving and independence, while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to become certified.
• Shift Full-Time / Part Time including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 with various check formats.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
