Responsibilities include supervising residents, coordinating medical appointments, transporting residents, and ensuring medication safety while maintaining overnight awake coverage and facility security.

• Provides instruction and guidance, assists and monitors residents in daily living skills and self-care such as hygiene, eating, mobility, money management, routine problem‑solving, communication skills and community interactions and activities
• Makes supportive behavioral interventions
• Facilitates, networks and supports residents engaged in volunteer, social and leisure activities
• Assists residents with physician appointments
• Transports residents via agency van
• Dispenses and records resident medications
• Provides overnight awake support, assistance, monitoring, and supervision to residents
• Participates in housekeeping and meal preparation activities
• Secures the facility per policy.
