No experience is necessary and training is provided; background screening and pre-employment drug testing are required. Join a team focused on client-centered care and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency; minimum age 18.
• No experience necessary.
• Criminal arrest checks will be conducted through the OSBI, and person with a felony conviction will not work for HOH without issuance of exception by Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
• Must have working home phone or cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support meals, household activities, and routines.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Encourage independence and personal choice.
• Support community involvement and social skills.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
