Job summary

REM Community Services in the Sevita family is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and help participants engage in meaningful activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience; a valid driver’s license and access to a insured vehicle are required. Sevita supports growth and competitive benefits.

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities
