Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to supervise and train residents and coordinate activities.
• Willing to work flexible hours and maintain required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Create a congenial and home-like atmosphere within the community residence.
• Promote maximum independence of each resident.
• Facilitate community activities such as shopping, leisure, and religious activities.
• Supervise and prepare nutritious meals per menu.
• Assist residents with self-care, communication with families, and daily routines.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
