Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in community and home-based settings.

You will help develop daily-living and social skills, engage in community activities, and maintain required training. A valid driver's license and background checks are required, with opportunities for flexible hours and personal fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility is preferred to allow more opportunity for individual assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve their daily-living and social skills.
• Engage in activities with Individuals to live more independently within the community and/or be more productive and participatory in community life.
• Maintain annual 24 hour training requirements.
