Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes. You will help with daily living skills, encourage participation, and assist with community activities to promote personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass background screenings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans for recipients.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities
