Merakey seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our Sacramento program, providing compassionate care to individuals with IDD/MH. You will work in community, family, or home-like settings, assisting with daily activities and implementing behavior plans.

You will be part of an extraordinary team, earning $23–$25 per hour with a $2 raise after achieving RBT certification. Benefit options include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and flexible scheduling where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with IDD/MH in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Interact and support individuals with developmental disabilities in community or home settings.
• Assist with direct care and implementation of behavior plans.
• Promote health, safety, dignity and comfort for every consumer served.
