Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (PRN, Onsite) in Missouri. Starting pay is $18.65/hr for a flexible part-time role with on-demand pay options.

You’ll support individuals to lead more independent, fulfilling lives and build meaningful connections. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting community involvement, and mentoring individuals toward personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting, nutrition, and community activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative daily in a role where your ideas and dedication are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and events.
