Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Hollidaysburg, PA to provide compassionate, person-centered support for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. This role offers a pay rate up to $18.75 per hour, 12 am–8 am shifts with rotating weekends, and paid training to new hires.

As a DSP you will assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, meals, transportation, and community activities while documenting progress and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Support life skills development and community engagement
• Provide transportation and accompany to activities
• Promote health and safety, including medication support as trained
• Complete required documentation and service logs
