Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities develop daily living and social skills in community or home settings.

You will engage in activities to promote independence, support ongoing training, and contribute to meaningful, person-centered goals. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available to fit personal schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid Driver's License and current insurance.
• Willing to drive individuals in a personal car.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility is preferred to accommodate assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to develop and maintain daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities to help individuals live more independently in the community.
• Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.
