Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in New Jersey to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with individuals following ISPs, promoting independence and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, local NJ cases, referral bonuses, and a fast onboarding process with a supportive office team. DSPs help with daily living tasks, community outings, and safety supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one in-home and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living skills (meal prep, hygiene, routines).
• Support community integration and appointments.
• Promote independence and social engagement.
• Ensure safety and supervision at all times.
• Document services in HHAeXchange (EVV).
• Communicate with families and office staff promptly.
