Job summary
Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community involvement. You will implement ISPs, monitor health, provide companionship, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid training completed through approved providers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Implement ISP aligned with clients’ goals.
- Provide companionship and encourage social inclusion.
- Administer medication and monitor client health per guidelines.
- Support clients with transportation to appointments and outings.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans.
