Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. Join a DDD-focused agency offering consistent hours, local cases, and supportive teamwork.

You will provide hands-on support promoting independence, daily living skills, and community engagement, working one-on-one per Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
