Brightway Living and Learning in West Babylon, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for flexible schedules and meaningful, hands-on care. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them connect with their communities.

The role features 12-hour shifts, up to full-time with up to 16 days off per month, and one weekend day per week with premium pay at 1.5x.
