Action Behavior Centers in Gilbert, AZ is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

No experience required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided. Start date is immediate, with guaranteed full-time hours and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (predictable daytime hours - no nights). Optional Saturdays available based on patient needs

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $15.50–$23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 - $27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
