Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with at least one year of non-restricted driving, access to a registered vehicle.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to achieve personal and developmental goals.
• Build meaningful connections and act as a mentor and advocate.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas with support from leadership.
• Help people access communities, attend events, and pursue activities.
• Assist with daily living: meal prep, medication, personal care, outings.
• Support individuals with personal hygiene and potential behavioral needs.
