A supportive community organization is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the care and development of people in a residential facility in Louisiana. This role involves ensuring safety, facilitating personal development, and providing transportation. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid New York State Driver’s License. Working conditions offer $19.06/hour plus industry-leading benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Driver’s License and must maintain it in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides care and assists with personal development of the people we support.
• Ensures safety measures are maintained at the highest level.
• Provides transportation for the people we support in agency vehicles.
