Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will help create a healthy home environment, teach daily living skills, provide personal care, and advocate for overall wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Twenty-one years of age or older.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsabilités

• Support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness.
• Provide individualized, person-directed support in areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.
