Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and crisis intervention training provided (paid).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Support individuals to reach their full life potential.
• Maintain quality of life with dignity and respect.
• Assist individuals with ADLs and provide total care supports.
• Encourage independence within each individual's capacity.
• Serve as a positive role model for appropriate adult behavior.
• Provide accurate documentation and adhere to Individual Support Plans.
• Ensure a safe, clean home environment upholding standards and regulations.
