Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team to provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. As a Direct Support Professional, you will help with daily living skills, personal care, and health advocacy, while fostering a healthy, engaging home environment and promoting wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Advocate for health, wellness, and participation in community activities.
