Job summary

Minnesota Council of Nonprofits MSS Centers in the Twin Cities area are seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide weekday support for adults with disabilities. The role features reliable hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will assist with day-to-day activities, lead engaging programs, and help clients access the community. DOT certification training is provided.

WHAT THIS JOB IS LIKE

• Reliable weekday hours. MSS Centers are open 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday. This is a full-time position with no evenings or weekends!

• Personal Care. You help some people with day-to-day activities like eating, taking medicine, and going to the bathroom. Your respectful caring and compassion are crucial skills.

• Driving.MSS will work with you to get your DOT Certification and train you on driving agency vehicles.
