Kindly Direct Care seeks an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist two individuals in Monmouth County, NJ. Schedules vary by case, with driving required. Experience with blindness and OCD/self-harm behaviors is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior DSP/CNA/HHA or related high-support care experience preferred.
• Strong reliability, judgment and communication.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols precisely.
• Comfort with screening-described support needs and driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Follow individualized behavioral, medical, health and safety protocols.
• Support communication, routines and community participation.
• Use approved strategies calmly and consistently.
• Report changes in health, behavior, functioning or safety promptly.
• Respond to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with the care team.
