BAYADA Home Health Care in Maui is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in home and community settings, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build life skills and participate in meaningful activities.

No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, a starting pay of $20/hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a flexible part-time schedule with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Patience, empathy, and reliability.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients to community activities.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Make a lasting impact every day as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with BAYADA Home Health Care. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to build life skills, achieve personal goals, and become more active members of their communities.

As a DSP, you'll support individuals in their homes and communities by assisting with daily activities, fostering social connections, and encouraging participation in meaningful experiences that promote independence and inclusion.

Locations: Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Pukalani, Makawao, Kula

Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekday and Weekend Availability)

Compensation: Weekly Pay Starting at $20/hour, with higher rates based on experience.
