Job summary

Bancroft in Mt. Laurel, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to empower adults with developmental disabilities and autism. You will support daily living, promote independence, and implement personalized care plans in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work well in teams and learn new skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Hourly Rate:$19.06-$19.44/hr

Schedule: Full Time - Sunday to Wednesday 11pm-9am

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
