Job summary

Bancroft in Mt. Ephraim, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

This full-time night shift (Sunday to Wednesday, 11pm-9am) offers hourly pay of $19.06-$19.44 and a supportive team environment. You'll empower residents to build daily living skills, participate in tailored plans, and coordinate with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree; experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
