Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join the 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide person-centered support to individuals to build independence and participate in daily living, health, and community activities.

You will work with a compassionate, dependable team, assist with ADLs and transportation, and help maintain a safe, structured environment while pursuing career growth and training opportunities.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities

What You Bring

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
