Job summary
Bootheel In-Home Care Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our family-owned care team in Missouri. We provide long-term home care to patients with daily living needs, behavioral health challenges, and chronic health concerns.

Qualifications

- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols.
- Document care provided and communicate health changes.
