Direct Support Professional (DSP) In Home

Location: Johnstown, PA and surrounding areas & Pittsburgh and surrounding areas

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, supporting daily living routines, and helping individuals stay active and engaged both in their homes and communities.

What You Will Do:

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and personal care
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities
• Assist in implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
• Foster a safe, positive, and empowering environment
• Help with household responsibilities such as cooking and light cleaning

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid PA driver’s license
