Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Hendersonville to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-19.00-/hour + $1,000 Signing Bonus –((paid over 1 year/avg. 20 hours per week to qualify for Bonus)

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties (case managers, etc.) as needed
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules
• Complete ongoing training and professional development

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Pay & Signing Bonus

• Starting Pay: $16.00-19.00-/hour
• $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
