Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time 2nd shift in Michigan. You’ll help individuals build independence through daily living support, community activities, and health and wellness.

You’ll assist with ADLs, transport, and medication support, build trust, and promote safety in a structured, supportive environment. Prioritize person-centered care and teamwork.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Required:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
