Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The DSP will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-17.00/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus –Calabash

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Pay & Signing Bonus

• Starting Pay: $-/hour
• $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
