Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Boonton, New Jersey. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently and safely.

We offer flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. A $1,000 signing bonus is available, with merit-based growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but paid training provided.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required - we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $23/hour for non-acuity; $33/hour for acuity

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
